Australian Orders

- Express delivery for all orders (not including fabric by the metre) is a flat rate of $12.00 AUD + GST; 

- Orders over $250 AUD (not including fabric by the metre) are eligible for free Express Shipping using Australia Post;

- All fabric by the metre orders will be quoted separately;

- Domestic orders should be received within 14 business days for metropolitan areas and 4-10 business days for rural zones. Shipping time-frames are subject to change;

- Express orders take approximately 1-2 business days;

- For all domestic orders, you will be notified via email at dispatch times with tracking details. Please follow the link in the email and enter the tracking number provided to get up update of where your order is;

- We do not deliver to PO boxes;

- When your order is dispatched we will email you a tracking number.  

 

International Orders

- Express delivery charges (not including fabric by the metre) are a flat rate of $35.00 AUD + GST for all international orders UNDER 2kg;

- All fabric by the metre orders will be quoted separately;

- Express orders should be received within 21 business days;

- International orders receive full tracking information. You will be notified via email at dispatch times with tracking details. Please follow the link in the email and enter the tracking number provided to get up update of where your order is;

- We do not ship to international PO boxes;

- All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import. We have no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

 

Returns/Exchanges 

- If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to receive a refund, substitute the out of stock item for another or cancel and receive an immediate refund for your entire order;

- All international sales are considered final and are not able to be exchanged or returned.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any changes of mind; 

- We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. Should you believe your item/items to be damaged or faulty please contact us at info@andeolmoire.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We request you send a photograph of the fault/s in order to assist us in resolving the problem as quickly as possible. The items must be in their original condition, and must not have been used/worn or washed. Return delivery will be covered by Andéol Moiré;

- Refunds will be made within 48hrs of receiving your item/items back within the studio. Alternatively, we will send you exchanged items (free of delivery changes, naturally).
